Use the My Life Changes Method to Simplify Goal Setting and Break Those Bad Habits...

Step 1:

You can't set goals unless you know where you're going, and you need to know who you are to know where you're going in life. With the My Life Changes method, you start off by answering the question "Who Am I?" My Life Changes provides several "Who Am I" statements that you can choose from and modify or create your own!

Step 2:

The next step is to choose up to five values that you truly want to live by. Do you want to release the shackles of work and have more freedom? Do you want to live a life full of loving and kindness?
